Social Action
"Love your neighbor as yourself" may be the best known words in the Bible, while truly loving ourselves may be dependent on how we treat and respect others.
Join with volunteers of the United Jewish Center as we work with diverse Fairfield County religious communities, nonprofit and civic organizations to provide basic human needs of food and shelter for our needy neighbors, stocking shelves at the food pantry, serving meals at the soup kitchen or supervising the homeless shelter.
We have many, varied opportunities for you to live your values. Contact Barbara Topf Uziel (topfuziel@aol.com) for more information.
